As a professionally educated Pilates trainer, certified after the renowned standards of Basi-Pilates, Pilates Bodymotion and Peak Pilates™, I have years of practical experience in establishing and maintaining my clients' physical well-being. Being a member of the German Pilates alliance, I teach groups and individuals likewise, in Düsseldorf, Germany, and whatever elsewhere by arrangement. I teach in German, English or Italian.
My very personal special qualification for teaching Pilates is my dance education: I studied ballet, choreography and dance education, as a dancer and choreographer I have worked for several companies all over the world, and today I am the head of the SideBySide Art Center association.
